Pets and smoking

You should add a condition regarding pets and smoking in the lease agreement. In principle pets are allowed but you may also prohibit keeping pets in the apartment with the lease agreement. The tenant is liable for any damages caused by the pets. You may also prohibit smoking, even on the balcony if so desired.
