The discount and benefits can be accessed by using the currently valid membership benefit code. The code is entered when submitting the listing.
Rental Apartment Listing:
On Oikotie, there are two options for rental apartment listings: a free rental listing and a premium listing.
The basic rental apartment listing for private individuals is free of charge. This listing does not include the Suomen vuokranantajat logo or credit checks. The free listing can be easily submitted through Oikotie’s Qasa service and is automatically published as a more visible Plus listing on Oikotie. The listing remains valid as long as you want. Qasa also offers comprehensive additional services for both landlords and tenants. If you wish, you can use the service for practical rental matters, such as contract management, payment transactions, and tenant background checks.
In a premium rental listing, the advertiser also receives one featured listing on the search results page, 3 credit checks, and the Suomen Vuokranantajat logo on the listings. Suomen Vuokranantajat members get new premium rental listings at a 50% discount for 40.75€ (normal price 81.50€). The listing remains valid as long as it is active.
To redeem the credit checks included in the Premium rental listing, proceed as follows: Log in at https://asunnot.oikotie.fi/ Open the My Account menu from the top right corner of the page and select Ilmoitusten hallinta (Listings Management) > Click on your listing’s image and scroll down to the Luottotietokysely (credit check) section. Follow the instructions
For Sale Listing:
Suomen vuokranantajat members receive new for sale listings at a 50% discount for 86€ (normal price 172€). The sale listing includes offer and sales contracts, viewing brochures, and visitor statistics for the listing.
