We often receive inquiries related to insurances offered to landlords. To make things easy for landlords, we publish an extensive insurance comparison report every year.
This report is prepared by Söderberg & Partners Oy as commissioned by the Finnish Landlord Association. It looks at insurance coverage that Finnish insurance companies offer to landlords. This coverage complements the cover a landlord has if the real estate insurance of the housing association and the tenant’s home insurance do not cover all liabilities. The comparison report includes all Finnish insurance companies that offer services to private landlords.
