Notification of maintenance and alteration work

The Limited Liability Housing Companies Act requires the shareholder to notify the board of directors or the property manager in writing and in advance of any maintenance and alteration work if that work may affect some part of a real estate, building or apartment for which another shareholder or the housing company is responsible, or may affect the use of the housing company’s or another shareholder’s owner apartment.
