Shareholder’s liability for damages may have to be reviewed if, for example, it is found that a bathroom renovation has been carried out defectively, unless the shareholder is able to prove that they have acted with due care. To this end, the Limited Liability Housing Companies Act includes regulations concerning the shareholder’s liability for damages.
