Housing company management

The Limited Liability Housing Companies Act states that the management of a housing company, i.e. the property manager and the members of the housing company board, is obliged to act with due care and promote the interests of the housing company. However, the decision-making body, i.e. the shareholders’ meeting, sets a number of limitations to what management is allowed to do.
