The debt collection starts quickly and effortlessly. All you need to provide provide is a copy of the lease agreement and a summary of any unpaid rents. You can provide these via an online myynti@axactor.fi

Domestic debt collection at discounted prices:
- Extrajudicial debt collection 0%
- Commission for judicial debt collection and post-collection 5% (standard rate 20%)
Any extra costs related to extrajudicial debt collection are collected primarily from the tenant. If the debt collection from the tenant fails, these costs may be collected from the landlord. Commission is charged only for the total amount successfully collected. Value added tax is added to the commission. Axactor’s terms and conditions are available here.
