As a member of the Finnish Landlord Association, you have all landlord tools and membership benefits at your disposal.
The membership fee is tax-deductible. The membership fee is considered a tax-deductible expense for the production of rental income.
2024 membership fees
Individual member fee: €72 (starting April 1st, 2024)
The membership fee for the whole year is €96. This fee is the same for all individual members regardless of the number of leases.
Corporate membership fees are determined by the number of rental apartments

The annual membership fee is reduced for both individual and corporate members every four months: by 25% on April 1st, by 50% on July 1st and by 75% on October 1st.
