Shareholders’ meeting

The shareholders’ meeting is the highest decision-making body in a housing company. The shareholders’ meeting decides on all matters that are not specifically provided in the articles of association or in the Limited Liability Housing Companies Act to be within the competence of the board of directors and the property manager.
